Chindian Cafe, where a delightful fusion of Chinese and Indian cooking traditions satisfies everyone's need for a hearty eating experience. Chef Nina Wong grew up immersed in the diverse flavors of Asia. Born in Vietnam to Chinese parents and raised in the United States, she learned to create dishes that reflect the essence of Asia.
When Nina met Thomas Gnanapragasam the two combined forces in both marriage and cooking. Thomas' ethnic Indian heritage and upbringing in Malaysia were the ideal complement to Nina's Chinese and Vietnamese background.
ChinDian Café reflects Nina and Thomas' vision for a warm, inviting restaurant that combines the diverse flavors of their family. The menu features sustainably- grown produce, free range chicken from Farm on Wheels, grass-fed beef from Thousand Hills Cattle, pork from Prairie Pride Farm and organic eggs from the Larry Schultz Farm.
